Shakti Engineering offers a complete hydraulic fly ash brick manufacturing plant designed for efficient production, consistent quality, and reliable performance. The SE-4 model features a 70-ton hydraulic pressing system and a four-cavity mould, making it suitable for commercial brick manufacturing.
Our complete plant setup includes a hydraulic brick-making machine, computerized control panel, pan mixer, conveyor belt, and hardened four-cavity brick mould.
Hydraulic Brick Press: Heavy-duty MS steel body, hydraulic cylinder and piston, and a hydraulic power pack.
Computerized Control Panel: Pressure control, sensor-based monitoring, and hydraulic speed control.
Pan Mixer: Approximately 5-foot diameter, heavy-duty gearbox, rollers, scrapers, and a 7.5 HP Crompton motor.
Conveyor Belt: Designed to transfer the prepared concrete mix from the pan mixer to the brick press, with an approximate stated capacity of 2 tons per hour.
Brick Mould: Hardened four-cavity mould designed to produce four bricks per cycle.
